Adam's Graduation

 Adam Graduated from Gonzaga!  YEAH!  He is finally done!  He has his Masters in Education!  Grace was really excited, when he went up and received his diploma she started screaming "Yea my daddy won".  It was super cute!  We are all so proud of him!  Great jobs to come!

Graces New Blanket

As you all know Grace had her tonsils out August 3rd 2011. While she was in the hospital her blanket that Grandma had made her was accidentally put down the laundry shoot. They told us that it was pretty much gone. After 7 days and multiple phone calls not only to the hospital but the cleaning company it was returned. It was all in one piece but had mold all over it plus who knows what else after being in the laundry with the hospitals other dirty linnens. So I cleaned and disinfected it for 2 days. I got it clean but all the chemicals I put on it made it really thin and pretty much ate through the fabric. Grandma and Grace decited to take it apart and save the good parts and redo the rest. This is Grace's first lesson in what im sure will be many behind the sewing machine.

Harper Eating for the first time

We started Harper on Solid food today. Just a little rice cereal mixed with my milk. She didn't so much know what to do with it at first but after a little while she kinda got it. She is just so darn cute11!

FIrst time Ice Skating

We took Grace ice skating for the first time and she loved it! She did pretty well, she only fell once and im pretty sure its becuase I fell and took her down with me. Papa John came with us at first then Adam joined in. It was lots of fun, I think we will have to try again sometime soon.

Christmas 2011

Grace and Harper got their picture taken with Santa today. We had a good time! Grace was so excited to get dressed up in her white dress and pink sweater! She thinks her cousin Brittany got them both for her so she keeps looking up in the sky and saying "thank you brittany". She is so stinking cute!!

Aaron and Dom's Wedding

November 12th 2011 Aaron and Domanique got married!! We all traveled to Boise and watched the 2 of them tie the knott. It was a great wedding. So much fun! It was an all around great family weekend. My parents came up and my dad officiated the wedding. We got to spend lots of time with lots of family. Everyone got to meet baby Harper too!

Its a new year

So this is a new year and i have realized there are so many pictures and memories that i want to remember but I just can't seem to get caught up. So i'm attempting to make a comeback on my blog. Im going to start with the most relavent things that have happened in the past few months. Harper Ryan Oakley was born. I had a C-section early in the morning on the 31st of August. All went well with the surgery and in the hospital.
