Trip to Spokane

We took yet another trip to Spokane to visit all the relatives! It was Lots of fun. Grace spent her 1st birthday at Grandma and Grandpa Oakleys house. She got lots of fun toys and clothes. I think for next year we will make her take a nap on her big day so she does'nt break the fun barrier so soon. Uncle Aaron got her picture on the 11:00 news, the news lady said happy 1st birthday to Gracie. It was so special.!!

First trip to the beach.

Yesterday Grace and I went on an adventure to Huntington Beach with our friends Susan and Grace and their lil ones Zoe and Livy. It was definitly a great time that we will have to repeat sometime soon. We went to lunch and then to the beach, where gracie insisted on eating the sand no matter how much i told her not to. We had so much fun playing and laughing and being girls. I miss them so much and cant wait to do it again.

We miss Grandma

Today my mom got out of the hospital. She was in for a few days for some radiation therapy for her possible cancer. She cant come home because of the radiation grace might be exposed to. So for now she and my dad are staying in long beach on thier boat! we send her lots of love and kisses and grace misses her grandma!!

Kendra and I froze our Balls off durring the Frozen Ball tournament! I lost....so did she. But i think we did pretty well for playing in -2 degrees!!! i cant believe my toes are still on my feet.

Grace was all bundled up cause she wanted to be out by the fire with the rest of us! All in all it was a great snow filled vacation! we got to spend lots of time with the friends and Family!

Holiday season

Well this holiday season went off pretty well. We visited John and Debbie and the whole family up in Spokane. We had a great time but pretty glad we dont live there any more...only because of the snow!!!! We ended up getting stuck in Seattle on our way up there and had to rent a car and drive 6 hours to spokane. Only to have to reschedule our trip back home for the following Sunday instead of thursday. Which i cant say was a bad thing cause we got to spend an additional 3 days with the family which was absolutly great!!! Grace got a whole lot of clothes and books and toys. We got a new camara and lots of other goodies! When we got back home we got to do christmas all over again with my family and it great spending time with them too! As soon as i figure out how to up load the pics from my new camara i will get some up!!
